Since 2020, I’ve been working with Lev Haolam — Israel’s leading subscription-based and e-commerce business.

My role evolved
from business assistant to full strategic and product leadership.

I built the email marketing system, implemented automation, developed loyalty and referral programs, and led strategic growth across the online store.

Key Responsibilities

Product Logic & UX

  • Defined product structure, offer bundles, and campaign mechanics.

  • Improved conversion flow across product pages and checkout.

Email Marketing System

  • Built automated flows for welcome, cart recovery, reviews, and loyalty.

  • Handled logic, segmentation, and content structure.

Referral Program

  • Launched a milestone-based referral program using Referral Rock for tracking and Tremendous for automated reward payouts, fully integrated with WooCommerce and Klaviyo.

Growth Operations & Cross-Team Delivery

  • Managed roadmap and priorities across product, email, content, and support.

  • Acted as product owner, ensuring features moved from idea to implementation.
